Todd Latiolais graduated magna cum laude from the University of Houston in 2008 with a bachelor’s in psychology. He received his law degree in 2012 from the University of Houston Law Center, where he served as the Managing Editor for the Houston Journal of International Law. Todd first joined CHILDREN AT RISK as a Graduate Law Fellow researching human trafficking legislation and standards for safe houses. He became a staff attorney in January of 2013 and is passionate about legislation, policies, and awareness around the commercial sexual exploitation of children. Todd currently serves as the local coordinator for CEASE Houston.
