Dixie Hairston is the Project Coordinator for CEASE Network North Texas. Dixie received her masters of social work with a specialization in political social work from University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work and has experience advocating for social policy on the state, national, and international level. Dixie is passionate about reducing the particular vulnerability youths in the foster care system have toward being trafficked by advocating for policies that create safer environments for Texas’ most vulnerable children.
